Peter brings over 25 years of organizational transformation experience working with branded mid-market manufacturing and distribution entities including (US)$500M+ divisions of Global Fortune 1000’s. In his last role, Peter built a an industry leading distributor in the animal feed ingredient sector within three years that was recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Company’s of 2018. Peter develops strategy to best leverage capabilities and market needs, but knows that success starts with great people, including a strong leadership team and a winning culture to exceed goals and best convert market opportunities. Peter started his career with KPMG and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as a CA and CPA designations.

Based in our Lancaster facility, Ben joined NutraBlend Foods in October of 2015. His background includes several years experience in public accounting working with a companies in a variety of industries. Ben holds an MBA as well as a CPA designation and is responsible for all accounting and related support functions of the company in the United States.

With a varied background in accounting, manufacturing, distribution, and a decade of supply chain experience, Mark is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department. His broad experience enables the Procurement Team to effectively and competitively source raw materials at the best rates.  Mark is also a member of the Supply Chain Management Association.

She holds an Masters in Business Administration from Medaille College  as well as a BS, Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
